ORDER GRANTING PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND REQUIRING PLAINTIFFS TO RESPOND REGARDING NEXT STEPS - Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment against Starr and Samuel Dunlap (ECF No. 26 ) is GRANTED as to claims for Dreams, Rhiannon, and Strokin'. The motion is DENIED as to the remaining claims.
