TEXT ORDER: The deadline to complete fact discovery is extended to 9/30/26; no further extensions will be granted. Plaintiff shall disclose its expert witnesses no later than 9/30/26, and shall serve any resulting expert reports no later than 10/15/26. As discussed during the 7/30/26 telephone status conference, the parties are advised that the Court will schedule an in-person settlement conference to be held in November 2026, the date and time for which will be set in due course.
