ORDER granting 116 Letter Motion for Conference On August 28, 2024, Plaintiff filed a request for the Court to release the supersedeas bond because it has withdrawn its appeal and paid the full amount of damages and post-judgment interest required by the Amended Judgment. Dkts. 115, 116. The Court ordered Defendant to file a letter no later than September 3, 2024 if it had any objections to the requested relief. Defendant did not indicate any objections by that deadline. Accordingly, the relief requested by Plaintiff in Dkt. 116 is GRANTED. The supersedeas bond in the amount of $697,924.48 is discharged.
