ORDER: Defendant's Rule 54(d) Motion for Costs at Docket No. 137-1 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Court has reviewed Defendant's unopposed Bill of Costs, this District's Taxation of Costs Guidelines, Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(1), Local Rule 54, 28 U.S.C. § 1920, and the applicable case law. Defendant is awarded $4,555.40 in costs, consisting of $3,175.40 in deposition transcript and court reporter fees and $1,380.00 in interpreter fees. Defendant's request for $404.30 in photocopying costs is DENIED as the request and the attendant exhibit are devoid of any identification of the documents copied or any explanations of how they were "necessarily obtained" for use in this case. See Taxation of Costs Guidelines ("Photocopying costs for the convenience, preparation, research or records of counsel may not be recovered."); Villeneuve v. Avon Prods., Inc., 419 F.
