ORDER: The Court ADOPTS the Parties' joint proposed schedule in their Joint Status Report 15 . The Court sets the following case schedule: Initial Disclosures are due May 15, 2026. Deadline to Amend Pleadings and Add Parties is June 12, 2026. Fact discovery is to be completed by October 30, 2026. Expert disclosures and reports are due December 15, 2026. Rebuttal expert disclosures and reports are due February 2, 2027. Expert discovery closes March 5, 2027. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due March 30, 2027. Dispositive Motions are due by April 6, 2027. The Court will set a date for the pretrial conference and trial after resolution of dispositive motions or after the deadline for dispositive motions has passed if no motions are filed.
