Final Judgment And Order
FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER: Consistent with the accompanying memorandum opinion, the court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART REDi's motion. (Doc. 25 ). The court GRANTS the motion with respect to QRails's breach of contract and ENTERS DEFAULT JUDGMENT in Plaintiff REDi Enterprise Development, Inc.'s favor and against Defendant QRails, Inc. for Count One. The court AWARDS $40,646.51 in damages for unpaid invoices and interest, $23,384 in attorney's fees, and the court's $405 filing fee. The court DENIES REDi's motion to the extent it seeks damages in excess of the amount that the court calculated. The court DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE Count Two for unjust enrichment.
