ORDER: The bankruptcy judge recommends the Court withdraw the reference and enter findings and conclusions with respect to the request for default judgment against NG on counts 1, 3, 7, and 8 of the adversary proceeding. After due consideration, the Court withdraws reference with respect to Plaintiffs motion for default against Ng based on counts 1, 3, 7, and 8, and adopts, in their entirety, the report and recommendation as well as the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding amended motion for default, final judgment; order granting default judgment and certifying judgment as final; and final judgment.
