ORDER: On July 15, 2026, the parties filed a "Joint Notice of Settlement" (Doc. No. 22 , "Notice") and therein informed the Court that "the [p]arties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve this case," and requested "that the Court stay all deadlines and filing requirements to allow sufficient time for the [p]arties to finalize their agreement." (Doc. No. 22 at 1). In light of the Joint Notice of Status, all deadlines and proceedings in this matter shall remain STAYED and the parties shall have an additional thirty (30) days to make the necessary filing(s) to terminate this action. Accordingly, within thirty (30) days of this Order, the parties shall either make the necessary filing(s) to terminate this action (as for example by filing a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)) or file a joint notice of status.
