Order Staying Case
ORDER: On July 15, 2026, the parties filed a "Joint Notice of Settlement" (Doc. No. 22 , "Notice"), therein informing the Court that "the Parties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve this case" and requesting "that the Court stay all deadlines and filing requirements to allow sufficient time for the Parties to finalize their agreement." (Doc. No. 22 at 1). (Id.). Accordingly, all deadlines and proceedings in this matter are STAYED until further ordered by the Court. Within thirty (30) days of this Order, the parties shall either make the necessary filing(s) to terminate this action (as for example by filing a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)) or file a joint notice of status.
