Order on Motion for Disbursement of Funds
ORDER granting 55 Motion for Disbursement of Funds from the Registry of the Court. It is hereby ORDERED as follows: (a) The clerk is authorized and directed to disburse funds on deposit in the registry of this Court in the principal amount of $91,564.83 of the Net Proceeds (as such term is defined in the Motion) plus a pro rata share of any accrued interest, minus any statutory users fees, via EFT or check payable to Pierson Ferdinand LLP (Attn: Thomas R. Walker), on behalf of and as legal counsel for R. R. Donnelly & Sons Company, and send to Thomas R. Walker of Pierson Ferdinand LLP. (b) The clerk is authorized and directed to disburse funds on deposit in the registry of this Court in the principal amount of $10,000.00 (the principal amount of the Bond (as such term is defined in the Motion)) plus all accrued interest, minus any statutory users fees, via EFT or check payable to Pierson Ferdinand LLP (Attn: Thomas R. Walker), on behalf of and as legal counsel for R. R. Donnelly & Sons Company, and send to Thomas R. Walker of Pierson Ferdinand LLP. (c) The clerk is authorized and directed to disburse funds on deposit in the registry of this Court in the principal amount of $10,000.00 of the Net Proceeds (as such term is defined in the Motion) plus a pro rata share of any accrued interest, minus any statutory users fees, via EFT or check payable to George Montgomery, Jr. and Tiffany Montgomery and send to George Montgomery, Jr. and Tiffany Montgomery. (d) The Court retains jurisdiction over this matter for the purpose of enforcing the terms of this Order and granting such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
