CONSENT ORDER approving 19 Motion to Approve Consent Judgment. Defendants are permanently enjoined and restrained from using any NCR Corporation or Radiant Systems, Inc. trademark or service mark as outlined within the order. Defendants shall pay to NCR $25,000.00, which is due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Parties' Settlement Agreement. Defendants shall file with the Court and serve on NCR, within 30 days after the entry of this Order, a report in writing and under oath setting forth in detail the manner and form in which Defendants have complied with this Order. Within 5 days of this Order, Defendants shall transfer all rights to and interest in the <alohapossupport.com> domain to NCR. SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
