Before the Court is the 230 Status Report filed by Plaintiff about Defendant Rashid's ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. The Court previously stayed Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Rashid to allow his bankruptcy petition to proceed. (See Order, ECF No. 214 ). In the 230 Status Report, Plaintiff attaches a copy of the order in which the Bankruptcy Court modified the automatic stay "to permit the Federal Court Action to Proceed."
Because the 230 Status Report asks the Court to lift the stay against Defendant Rashid, the Court interprets it as a Motion to Lift Stay. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Rashid must file a response no later than October 15, 2026. Failure to respond will result in the Court lifting the stay.
