ORDER FOR DISTRIBUTION OF UNCLAIMED SETTLEMENT FUNDS AND INTEREST: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: The initial settlement distribution of the settlement to all class members took place in December 2002 and January 2003. Pursuant to this Court's order of September 4, 2003, unclaimed funds from returned and/or uncashed checks was re-distributed to the class in a second distribution. Following the second distribution, a total of $5,192.42 in unclaimed funds and interest remained in an IOLTA account maintained by Lead Counsel in Minnesota. Over 12,000 individual travel agents and travel agencies were members of the class. Any additional settlements received by individual class members through a redistribution of the remaining $5,192.42 would be de minimus and the costs associated with such a distribution would exceed any potential benefit the class. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Any remaining settlement funds and interest, be disbursed to the IOLTA program established by the Minnesota Supreme Court. (Signed by Judge Loretta A.
