ORDER GRANTING REQUEST TO RELEASE 10% HOLDBACK OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND APPROVING ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATION COSTS TO BE PAID FROM SETTLEMENT RESIDUAL (Doc. 64 ) by Judge Josephine L. Staton. The Court's Final Approval Order and Judgment granted $414,602 in attorneys' fees and ordered that ten percent (10%) of this amount be withheld pending completion of settlement administration. The Court's subsequent Order approving the second distribution directed Class Counsel to file a proposed order for release of the 10% holdback of attorneys' fees upon filing of the Second Post-Distribution Status Report. In light of the completion of the first and second distributions, the lack of any objection to the request for attorneys' fees and costs, and for the reasons previously discussed in the Court's Order Granting Attorneys' Fees and Costs (Doc. 57), the Court hereby APPROVES release to Class Counsel of the 10% holdback of attorneys' fees in the amount of $41,460.20.
