Order on Motion for Preliminary Injunction
MINUTE ORDER This matter is before the Court on review of the docket. On March 6, 2024, Plaintiff filed a document titled "Discovery Dispute," which the Court construes as a motion to compel discovery. (See Dkt. ## 48 , 49.) The motion describes the alleged deficiencies in Defendant's responses to Plaintiff's first set of written discovery requests. On March 12, 2024, the Court held a discovery hearing and ruled on these disputes. (Dkt. # 51 .) Therefore, because the Court has already ruled on the issues raised in the motion (Dkt. # 48 ), it is DENIED as moot. The parties are reminded that, should any future discovery disputes arise, they should first meet and confer regarding the issue. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, they shall jointly contact Chambers at (303) 335-2403 to arrange for a telephonic discovery hearing before the Court. PLEASE READ ATTACHED MINUTE ORDER. Entered by Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter on 4/15/2024.(norlin, )
