As jointly requested by the parties, this case is referred for a mandatory settlement conference before the Honorable Douglas F. McCormick. Unless otherwise ordered by Judge McCormick, the settlement conference shall take place on either September 16 or 17, 2026. The parties are ordered to contact Judge McCormick's chambers immediately to confirm the date of the conference and obtain all other instructions. They must file a prompt status report no later than 48 hours after that conference. Meanwhile, all deadlines and requirements of the court's scheduling order remain unchanged. (hr)
