Plaintiff's motion for oral argument (Dkt. No. 27 ) is DENIED; and 4. This action is TRANSFERRED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1412 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1014(a)(2) to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama for referral to the bankruptcy court in that District. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions and take the appropriate steps to effect the transfer.
