PAPERLESS ORDER requiring the parties to file joint dismissal papers by June 30, 2026. The Court closed this case upon a notice of settlement and ordered the parties to file joint dismissal papers by February 18, 2026. 24 . On May 5, 2026, months after the deadline had passed and the parties had yet to file dismissal papers, the Court ordered the parties to file papers by May 12, 2026, cautioning that otherwise sanctions may issue. On June 2, 2026, weeks after the deadline, Plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A), all parties who have appeared must sign a stipulation of dismissal if the Defendant has already answered. Defendant filed an answer over a year ago, see 6 , so both parties must sign the dismissal papers. Failure to file the necessary papers by June 30, 2026 will result in sanctions without further notice. Signed by Judge Raag Singhal on 6/24/2026. (imy)
