ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANTS' EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF PAGE LIMITS AND RESPONSE DATES (DKT. 92 ); PARTIALLY MODIFYING BRIEFING PAGE LIMITS (DKT. 87 ); AND CONTINUING DEADLINE TO FILE OMNIBUS MOTION TO DISMISS by Judge Michelle Williams Court. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS IN PART the Application and MODIFIES the omnibus briefing page limits and briefing schedule (Dkt. # 87) as follows: Page limits for any omnibus Motion to Dismiss are EXTENDED from thirty-five (35) pages to forty (40) pages. The Court similarly EXTENDS Plaintiff's Opposition brief from thirty-five (35) pages to forty (40) pages. The Court DECLINES to extend any page limits for Defendants' Reply brief. The Reply brief page limits SHALL remain at twenty (20) pages. The Court CONTINUES Defendants' deadline to file an omnibus Motion to Dismiss from Friday, August 21, 2026, to Friday, August 28, 2026.
