JUDGMENT: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff have judgment as against PCT Contracting, LLC, Richard Persico, and Persico Realty Corp., jointly and severally, in the amount of $192,000.00, plus interest of nine percent per annum, and post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date of entry of this Judgment. DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 262 Motion for Judgment. For the reasons set forth above, the Court confirms that the PCT Parties have defaulted on their obligations under the Settlement Agreement, and that Plaintiff has s atisfied all conditions for the entry of judgment against the PCT Parties in accordance with the Confession of Judgment. Accordingly, the portion of Plaintiff's motion that seeks to enforce the Settlement Agreement and to have judgment entered a gainst the PCT Parties (ECF No. 262) is GRANTED. A judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against the PCT Parties will be docketed separately. And for the reasons set forth above, the portion of Plaintiff's motion that seeks to require the PCT Part ies to provide an accounting of their assets, and the portion of the motion that seeks an order of attachment on the assets of the PCT Parties, are both DENIED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mark the motion at ECF No. 262 as GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, and to terminate the gavel associated with the motion. SO ORDERED.
