MINUTES OF PRETRIAL CONFERENCE held before Judge S. James Otero. Pretrial conference is not held. Instead, the Court and counsel confer about the status of the case in chambers and off the record. A full settlement is reached with the terms of the settlement placed on the record. The Court vacates all pretrial and trial dates and sets an Order to Show Cause re Dismissal Hearing for October 7, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. If the parties file the appropriate dismissal pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41 prior to this OSC hearing date, the hearing will be vacated.
