PAPERLESS ORDER denying Consolidated Plaintiffs' 493 Motion. Consolidated Plaintiffs ask the Court to prioritize the issuance of a written order on a subsidiary issue taken under advisement at the June 12, 2026 hearing. The Motion is unattended by a memorandum of law, in violation of this District's Local Rules. S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(c). It is thus unclear on what basis Consolidated Plaintiffs are essentially moving the Court to *hurry up.*
The Local Rules provide one method for flagging a motion that goes too long unresolved: the Notification of Ninety Days Expiring. S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(b)(4). Consolidated Plaintiffs' 493 Motion does not travel under Local Rule 7.1(b)(4). If it did, it would still be improperly filed under the Local Rule, as the Court has conducted a hearing on the dispute.
