TEXT ORDER: Discovery Conference set for 7/20/2026 at 10:00 AM before Hon. Mark W. Pedersen. Counsel is directed to call 585-524-1799, and enter access code 237597435# at the scheduled date and time using a telephone with a clear audio connection. Further, the use of a speakerphone affects the quality of the sound on the Court's conference system. Therefore, counsel is directed to refrain from the use of a speakerphone during this conference.
Additionally, the Court hereby extends the deadline for the filing of Dispositive Motions, as well as the deadline for the filing of any Motion for Sanctions, to 7/20/2026. Any request to extend these deadlines further may be done so orally at the Discovery Conference.
