Status Conference Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery 1 - Terminate Hearings ~Util - Set Hearings

THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, the parties' joint Motion for an Extension of Time to Complete Discovery (ECF No. 72 ) is GRANTED. The following discovery dates and deadlines have been extended:
(i) The close of all discovery, including expert discovery, is extended to September 29, 2026.
(ii) The final date by which the parties shall take the first step in summary judgment motion practice is extended to October 30, 2026.
The parties are advised that no further extensions will be granted.
The Final Pre-Trial Conference currently set for September 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM before the undersigned is converted to a Status Conference. The conference will still be held via the Court's Video Zoom. The Court will e-mail the Zoom invitation closer to the conference date. All participants involved shall comply with Judge Wicks' Individual Rules regarding Expectations for Remote Appearances (see Rule § 1E).
A Settlement Conference in this matter was held on February 17, 2026, before the undersigned. In the event the parties would like to have a continued Settlement Conference, the parties are directed to contact the undersigned's Courtroom Deputy, via e-mail at Eric_Russo@nyed.uscourts.gov, with mutually convenient dates on which the parties are available.
