ORDER (Appointing Guardian Ad Litem) - The Court hereby APPOINTS Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis, Esquire as guardian ad litem to protect the interests of Rogers in this action. The Court also hereby ORDERS that all fees charged by and for the guardian ad litem shall be paid from the Disputed Funds deposited with the Court. Ms. Davis shall be compensated at a rate of $540 per hour. Costs must be reasonable in terms of the nature of the services provided. The guardian ad litem shall file a report within 30 days of this Order addressing whether or not Rogers is indeed incompetent and, if so, her position as to how the Court should proceed.
