JUDGMENT: Based on Plaintiff's Notice of Acceptance of Offer of Judgment 72 , it is Ordered and Adjudged that Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Zachary Gustafson and against Defendants U.S. Department of Energy, Bonneville Power Administration, and Jennifer Granholm, in her official capacity as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy. Defendant shall pay the sum of $100,000 to Plaintiff, which is the total amount Defendants shall be obligated to pay on account of any liability claimed in this litigation, and which shall include any liability for costs and attorney's fees.
