NOTICE of Status Conference: AND NOW, this 26th day of August, 2026, this action having been re-assigned to the undersigned, it is ORDERED that a video status conference will be held before the Court on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Counsel shall appear by video and will be notified by Chambers staff via email with video links and instructions on how to participate remotely. It is further ORDERED that within ten (10) days hereof, all Parties shall file via ECF a Joint Status Report setting forth the following: The status of the Parties compliance with any existing Scheduling Order; The status of fact and expert discovery; Whether the Parties anticipate filing dispositive motions and, if so, the earliest date on which such motions can be filed; The status of any settlement efforts; The earliest date the case will be ready for trial; and Any matters that should be brought to the Courts attention to ensure the efficient disposition of this case.
