ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION AS MODIFIED HEREIN AND VACATING PRETRIAL AND TRIAL DATES AND DEADLINE by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On June 13, 2026, the parties filed a Stipulation and Joint Motion to Continue Pretrial Deadlines, Final Pretrial Conference, and Trial Date 65 . Having considered the Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, the court hereby APPROVES the Stipulation as modified herein and ORDERS as follows: 1. In light of the pending Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 56), the court VACATES all pending pretrial and trial dates and deadlines contained in the Scheduling Order and modified in the courts December 29, 2025 order (Dkt. 48) until the pending Motion for Summary Judgment is resolved. The court will reset dates, as necessary, upon resolving the Motion for Summary Judgment. 2. All other requirements and guidance set forth in the court's Scheduling Order remain in effect. (lc)
