Judge Cisneros set two dates for further settlement conferences: December 14, 2026, at 10 am and March 10, 2027, at 10:00 am. The settlement conferences will be held in a hybrid format. All party representatives and counsel shall appear in person, except that counsel from the Radulescu LLP may attend via Zoom. The Court directed counsel to confirm with their clients that their representatives are available for the settlement conferences on the dates set in December and March, and they shall confirm their availability by emailing the courtroom deputy (ljccrd@cand.uscourts.gov) before 5:00 pm on August 7, 2026.
