NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE, ONLY AS TO ASPIRATION GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, LP; ASPIRATION GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES II, LP; ASPIRATION GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES III, LP, AND AGO SPECIAL SITUATIONS LP: PLAINTIFFS HEREBY NOTIFY THE COURT that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Plaintiffs voluntarily dismiss with prejudice all claims in the above-captioned case against Defendants Aspiration Growth Opportunities, LP ("AGO I LP"); Aspiration Growth Opportunities II, LP ("AGO II LP"); Aspiration Growth Opportunities III, LP ("AGO III LP), and AGO Special Situations LP. Plaintiffs and AGO I LP, AGO II LP, AGO III LP, and AGO Special Situations LP shall bear their respective costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection with this case. For avoidance of doubt, Plaintiffs do not dismiss any claim against the remaining defendants: Joseph Neal Sanberg, Aspiration Growth Opportunities GP, LLC; Aspiration Growth Opportunities II GP, LLC; and AGO III GP, LLC. Plaintiffs have obtained a certificate of default against these defendants (Dkt. 70) and will move for default judgment against them in the near future. Granted. SO ORDERED.
