Counts I, II, and IV of Tri-Wire Engineering Solutions, Inc.’s counterclaim (Doc. No. 121) are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. As a result, all claims and counterclaims asserted in this case have been dismissed. The Clerk shall enter judgment and close the case. (SED)
