PAPERLESS ORDER: THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On November 17, 2025, the Court entered an Order scheduling mediation on June 11, 2026 ("Order"). ECF No. 18 . In that Order, the Court required the parties to file a mediation report on or before June 15, 2026, and stated that the parties may not reschedule mediation without leave of the Court. Id. To date, no mediation report has been filed nor have the parties filed a notice of rescheduling mediation. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall file a mediation report by June 22, 2026. Failure to do so may result in sanctions. Signed by Judge Beth Bloom (bet)
