Defendants are ordered to shift the responsibility for document collection, production, and determination of search terms to an eDiscovery vendor and defense counsel. Defendants are ordered to share information regarding document production and search terms with Plaintiff and to be fully transparent as to the search terms used and the number of responsive documents found. Defendants are further ordered to provide a supplemental signed response to each request for production. As previously ordered, Defendants shall (1) provide the basis for any objections, (2) indicate whether they are withholding any responsive materials on the basis of any objections, and (3) identify what documents provided are responsive to each request.
