Order for Initial Pretrial Conference
ORDER: Because it would not be productive to hold the IPTC currently scheduled for April 30, 2026, without the presence of any Defendants, the Court hereby ADJOURNS the IPTC to July 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The conference remains telephonic, and the dial-in information remains the same. The Court encourages Plaintiffs to continue pursuing settlement discussions and, to that end, has intentionally scheduled the IPTC to take place two and a half months from now. But if the parties are unable to reach a settlement agreement before the IPTC, the Court directs Plaintiffs to either file jointly with Defendants a proposed Case Management Plan and letter as directed in the Notice of Initial Pretrial Conference (Dkt. #24) if Defendants have appeared, or to move for default judgment if they have not.
