DEFAULT JUDGMENT: ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiffs BINDER SCIENCE, LLC and THOMAS WENTZLER have judgment against Defendants OPAL FUNDING GROUP LLC, THE JCT GROUP LLC, MENACHEM MOSHE RIVLIN A/K/A MOE RIVS, JONATHAN CASALI, and JEYMAR A REYES, jointly and severally, in the amount of $362,777.29, consisting of $341,000.00 in principal damages and $21,777.29 in prejudgment interest calculated at 9% per annum from October 20, 2025 through July 6, 2026; and it i s further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiffs shall recover post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date judgment is entered until the judgment is paid in full.
