Before the Court is the 22 Emergency Motion to Vacate Temporary Restraining Order filed by Defendants Communication Unites Everyone, Inc. and David Weddell. Defendants contend that they will continue to suffer irreparable harm as long as the Temporary Restraining Order remains in place. (Mot. Vacate 1:23-25, ECF No. 22). The Court agrees that the 22 Motion should be handled on an emergency basis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs must file a Response to the 22 Motion no later than July 10, 2026, at noon.
