ORDER - Upon consideration of the Joint Motion to Reschedule the Initial Rule 16 Case Management Conference, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1) The Initial Rule 16 Case Management Conference currently set for July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. is VACATED. 2) The Initial Rule 16 Case Management Conference is RESET for July 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., to be conducted consistent with the Court's Case Management Order, including via AT&T conference line with dial-in instructions to be provided by email. Conference format and dial-in procedure shall be as described in the Case Management Order. 3) All associated pre-conference deadlines set forth in the Case Management Order, including the Stipulation Selecting ADR Process, the Rule 26(f) Report, and the Proposed Initial Scheduling Order, shall be recalculated based on the new conference date.
