Ltd., Dynamic Intl of Wisconsin, Inc., and SMEC America Corp. and Approving Distribution of the Settlement Proceeds, are to be deposited in a regulated financial institution, in interest-bearing certificates of deposit that are fully insured by federal deposit insurance, in the names of Aiden Ray Collins and Alaina Sue Collins, and payable by the financial institution to these infants/minors only upon presentation of proper identification after Aiden Ray Collins and Alaina Sue Collins have attained the age of majority.
