As discussed above, Plaintiffs Security Act claims have been dismissed without prejudice, while Plaintiffs Exchange Act claims have been partially dismissed with prejudice.With respect to the dismissal of the Security Act claims, Plaintiffs are granted leave to amend their complaint for the limited purpose of adding information about the Form F-6. With respect to Plaintiffs Exchange Act claims, the claims premised on alleged misstatements of percentage-o f-completion accounting, liquidity, and cash flow can continue.Plaintiffs must file any fourth amended complaint by September 25, 2026.The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions, Docs. 211, 214, 217,220, 225.It is SO ORDERED.(Amended Pleadings due by 9/25/2026.)
