The Court sua sponte SETS ASIDE the Clerk's March 31, 2024, Entry of Default (Doc. No. 11), as to Defendant SunTel. Default judgment is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to Defendant SunTel. The Court sua sponte GRANTS Plaintiff an additional thirty (30) days from the entrance of this Order to properly effectuate service upon Defendant SunTel.
