(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION AND DISMISSING SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT WITH LEAVE TO AMEND (Dkt. No. 38 ) by Magistrate Judge Alka Sagar. The Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion (Dkt. No. 38) and DISMISSES the Second Amended Complaint with leave to amend. If Plaintiff still wishes to pursue this action, he shall file a Third Amended Complaint no later than August 6, 2026. The Third Amended Complaint must cure the pleading defects discussed above and shall be complete in itself without reference to prior complaints in this action. See L.R. 15-2. Defendants' response to the Third Amended Complaint is due no later than twenty-one (21) days after it is filed. Failure to amend will result in dismissal. [SEE ORDER FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.] (san)
