AMENDED MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Judge Douglas L Rayes: Amending Doc. 56 MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Judge Douglas L Rayes: Telephonic Discovery Hearing held on 5/18/2018. The Court grants 55 Motion to Strike. Respondent's 54 Brief shall be stricken and not considered. After hearing from the parties, the Court orders the petitioners shall be allowed to conduct a 30(b)(6) deposition as previously set forth with regard to the information available in the United States and, as part of that deposition, the 30(b)(6) deponent shall be educated and prepared to answer questions about the scope and efforts of the search for documents that were responsive to the Court's Order of 6/10/16, and plaintiff will be allowed to ask about who conducted the search. The Court further orders that deadline for payment of sanctions previously ordered is 6/15/18.
