TEXT ORDER: On June 16, 2026, the Court entered a text order granting in part a joint motion to continue and staying all outstanding discovery deadlines pending the result of mediation. (Doc. 129 ). On June 17, 2026, CMM Consulting served a subpoena for deposition by written questions to Stephen Leara. (Doc. [132-1]). On June 26, 2026, RAM-Ellsworth moved to quash the subpoena. (Doc. 130 ). Because the subpoena was served after the Court stayed outstanding discovery deadlines and because this matter may resolve during mediation, the Court declines to rule on the motion to quash at this time.
