TEXT ORDER: The Court ordered Defendant Spirit Logistics Network, Inc. ("Spirit Logistics") on 9/3/26 to identify all policies of insurance which "may provide coverage" for the accident at issue in this litigation and to produce copies of all such policies within 10 days of this order. The response was due 9/14/26. When no response was forthcoming, the Court ordered Defendant Spirit Logistics to file a response explaining its failure to comply with the Court's order by noon on 9/17/26. Defendant produced on 9/17/26 affidavits detailing what it asserted was all possible coverage and copies of over 700 pages of insurance policies. (Dkt. No. 98, 99, 100, 100-1, 100-2, 100-3, 100-4, 100-5, 100-6, 100-7). Putting aside for the moment Defendant's untimely compliance with the Court's 9/3/26 order, has Defendant Sprint Logistics provided copies of all insurance policies which Plaintiff is aware? If not, the Court directs Plaintiff to identify within 10 days of this order the insurance policy, contract number, and coverage amount for any policy in which Plaintiff is aware and Defendant has not provided disclosure. If Plaintiff asserts that she is aware of additional insurance policies that have not been disclosed, Defendant Spirit Logistics is directed to file a response within 10 days thereafter.
