(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS, HOLDING SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTIONS IN ABEYANCE (DKT. 204 , 207 ), AND STRIKING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE (DKT. 235 ). by Judge Michelle Williams Court. The Court is in receipt of Defendant's July 6, 2026 Notice of Appeal of this Courts order denying Defendants motion to compel arbitration. Dkt. # 233. All proceedings in this action are STAYED pending resolution of the appeal. The Court STRIKES Plaintiff's subsequently filed motion (Dkt. 235 ) without prejudice to refiling once the automatic stay is lifted. The motions pending in this matter prior to the filing of the notice of appeal (Dkts. 204, 207) are HELD IN ABEYANCE and will be rescheduled as necessary following the decision on appeal. The Court ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report every 120 days until resolution of the appeal. The first joint status report on the status of the interlocutory appeal must be filed no later than November 10, 2026. (See document for further details) (yl)
