ORDER; NOW, this 24th day of March, 2023, Upon consideration of the motion for summary judgment filed by the County of Erie and Major Gary Seymour, ECF No. 74 , the motion for summary judgment filed by Stairways Behavioral Health, ECF No. 76 , and all filings related thereto, IT IS ORDERED, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, that the Defendants' motions shall be, and hereby are, GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the crossclaims filed by the County of Erie and Major Gary Seymour against Stairways Behavioral Health as set forth in ECF No. 35 shall be, and hereby are, DISMISSED as moot.
