STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii) Star Funding,Inc., plaintiff, by its attorneys Strassberg & Strassberg, P.C. and defendants AZ Bottle LLC, Ted Dukas and FZA Note Buyers, LLC(collectively, "Defendants") by their attorney, John M Stravato, Attorney at Law, hereby stipulate that this action be dismissed with prejdice as to all claims, causes of action, and parties with each party bearing that party's own attorney's fees and costs. Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii), IT IS ORDERED THAT THIS ACTION BE, AND HEREBY IS, DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to all claims, causes of action, and parties, with each party bearing that party's own attorney's fees and costs.
