Parties shall disclose experts, expert witness summaries, and reports as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) by December 1, 2026. Exchange of rebuttal expert witness summaries and reports as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) will occur by December 22, 2026. The fact and expert discovery deadline shall be January 8, 2027. Mediation shall be completed by January 8, 2027. Dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, and Daubert motions, shall be filed by January 19, 2027.
