ConocoPhillips, 23-30336 (5th Cir.) is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellants' motion to summarily reverse the decision below is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Appellants' motion to vacate the order remanding this case to state court is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Appellants' motion to remand to the United States Eastern District Court of Louisiana, New Orleans, with instructions that the case proceed in federal court is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to consolidate cases and designate Plaquemines Parish v. ConocoPhillips, 23-30336 and Plaquemines Parish v. Exxon Mobil Corp., 24-30747, as the lead appeals and issue a consolidated briefing schedule for any remaining objections to federal-officer removal in these appeals is DENIED without prejudice to moving in those cases for appropriate relief.
