IN CHAMBERS ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson: Before the Court is a Stipulation to Continue Trial and All Related Pretrial and Discovery Dates. (Docket No. 75 ("Stipulation").) The parties seek to continue all trial, pretrial, and discovery deadlines set by the Court by approximately 91 days. The Court's Civil Trial Scheduling Order, dated February 10, 2026, currently establishes a trial date of November 10, 2026, a last date to hear motions of September 14, 2026, and a discovery cutoff date of August 31, 2026. (See Docket Nos. 64 , 65 .) Accordingly, the Court is not persuaded, at least on the current record, that the parties have made a sufficient showing of good cause for the continuance they seek. Indeed, the Court cannot conclude that the existing schedule cannot reasonably be met despite the parties' diligence. The parties shall file a Joint Report stating whether they wish to (1) refile this action in state court; (2) whether plaintiff wishes to move to dismiss this action without prejudice; or (3) whether they wish to proceed to trial on the currently scheduled trial date.
