THIS COURT THEREFORE REQUESTS that, in furtherance of justice, you proceed with the recognition and homologation of the Judgment and enforce it pursuant to the applicable laws of Mexico and exercise full powers in conformity with Mexican law for execution of the Judgment against IMCO and its successors and assigns, including any conservatory, precautionary, attachment, or enforcement measures to the fullest extent available under Mexican law, including but not limited to (i) seizure of property in which IMCO has an interest; (ii) issuance of attachment or garnishment orders; (iii) issuance of preventative or security measures, including the issuance of fines; (iv) authorizing entry onto private property in connection with enforcing the Judgment; (v) carrying out judicial auctions or bid sales to execute on any seized property; and (vi) payment of seized funds and property to StoneX or its designated counsel: Fernando Perez Correa, without reconsideration of the merits already adjudicated. (ar) Transmission to Orders and Judgments Clerk for processing.
