Order on Motion to Amend Scheduling Order
ORDER granting 34 Motion to Amend Scheduling Order. I will extend the deadlines largely as requested, however I have adjusted some deadlines to expire on business days or, in the case of trial, to be consistent with the Court's trial calendar. Further, I note that the proposed deadline for disclosure of Defendants' experts is after the deadline proposed for the close of discovery. Accordingly, I have adjusted those deadlines to be the same, but do note that as such, the parties do not appear to be contemplating expert depositions, which necessarily would occur after the disclosure deadline and prior to the close of discovery. The new deadlines are as follows: Plaintiffs will disclose experts by January 14, 2027. Defendants will disclose experts by February 16, 2027. Discovery complete by February 16, 2027. Notice of intent to file summary judgment motion and request for pre-filing conference due by March 9, 2027. Ready for trial on May 3, 2027. Plaintiffs will serve a written settlement demand by January 28, 2027 and Defendants will respond in writing by February 11, 2027. By MAGISTRATE JUDGE KAREN FRINK WOLF. (WOLF, KAREN)
